It’s Jean-etic

The only feeling that comes close to finding a perfect bag, is finding that perfect pair of jeans, so imagine my excitement when my favorite brand of jeans moved into accessories.
7 For All Mankind, one of the first brands to start the craze for “luxury denim″ (and IMO, one of the few that really makes a quality jean that flatters and fits most body types) hasn’t given up on their roots, but they are bringing that same LA hip aesthetic to clothing and accessories.

Though the collection is extensive, and pretty eclectic- like their jeans, there is a style for everyone- the bag that is the most likely to be seen around town is the fold over clutch. It has a weathered and worn in look, like denim, it’s a bit inkier in one spot, slightly rubbed out in another, it looks like a bag that has been with you for a while. The white running stitching also appears to be borrowed from jeans, making this seem truly denim inspired.
Chunky details, like the shiny gold side plackets, leather wrist loop, or fringed zipper pull are well proportioned for this roomy clutch, which has a printed fabric lining (several other styles are lined in suede) with a zipper and slip pocket.
It’s available in 2 other colors, a brown that’s not as rich as the blue, and a tan that’s a distant 3rd for $295 from 7’s company website.
