Dress Barn, Inc. (NASDAQ - DBRN) and Tween Brands, Inc. (NYSE- TWB) today jointly
announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which a
subsidiary of Dress Barn,
Inc. will merge with Tween
Brands, Inc. in a stock-for-stock transaction.
