The sophistication and elegance behind Yves Saint Laurent is evident in many of their bag designs. If you are looking for a safe yet stunning bag, YSL bags typically deliver just this. One of my recent favorites was the Yves Saint Laurent Uptown Bag, which sports clean lines and an impeccable simplified style. Now I have a crush on the Yves Saint Laurent Swing Bag which is also elegant but it is also a fun bag with the slight gold (they call it volcano) shimmer and rich silk trim. This handbag can easily be dressed up, as the gold shimmer is paired with gold-tone hardware for the perfect finish. The top handle is making a comeback and this bag shows it off, along with ring detail and structured closure. Dimensions are not on the NM website right now, but this is another option for a great clean, refined bag. Pre-order through Neiman Marcus for $1,895.

The wristlet measures 4 3/4” H x 4 1/2” W x 1” D and features a zip-around closure. This is the perfect accessory to carry a few essentials around in when on errands. Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche Tote
The allure of the Rive Gauche bag from YSL is the fact that it is quite understated and easy to wear everyday. While it is available in stunning ostrich, like the one Sienna Miller carried, it is also available in leather. There is a new rendition of the Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche Tote made with crocodile-embossed patent leather. While it is available in both black and white, I find the white more appealing. There is gold tone hardware and ring insets on the sides. One of the features I love most about this bag is the option of top handles or a detachable shoulder strap. The focal point is the turn-lock closure with the extended tab. Buy through Neiman Marcus for $1,895.
