The other day, my friend was talking about how her prom was going to be
held in an outdoor beach cabana, and that she was thinking about
getting a new bikini for the event. At first I thought it was the
coolest idea in the world, but then of course I changed my mind: prom
night is all about getting dressed up in formal prom dresses!

The other day, my friend bragged to me that her prom was going to be on
a big cruise ship for the weekend; the senior class had raised enough
money to party it up on a cruise during the daytime and switch to a
dance in the nighttime! She was talking about sundresses and such, and
I was jealous because I had only been looking for evening prom dresses
as my prom was going to be at night in the ballroom of a large hotel.
But it turned out that I didn′t have much to be jealous about at the
end, because evening gowns give you the freedom to be so much fancier
than daytime!
